$25 annual fee
Entitled to one vote per family or designated alternate (e.g. individual may have a legal guardian) at our Annual General and Special Meetings

May serve on Board of Directors and/or all committees

Lifetime Family Membership

There is an initial contribution of $1000, of which $500 is a tax-deductible charitable contribution and then an annual fee of $250 (on the anniversary date of initiating the Lifetime Membership).

Assistance in establishing and maintaining a personal network
A Tyze network site available

$30 annual fee
Available for allies and friends who are not family members of an individual with a disability.

Finally, the Board of Directors may also grant honorary membership in any of the above categories.
